Supervising Staff Safely, British Safety Council, CourseQSP are accredited centre with the British Safety Council, offering companies the opportunities to train their staff to meet legislation and requirements to meet the individuals and organisation needs.

Who is it For?

The level 2 Certificate is aimed at managers, supervisors, team leaders, department heads requiring gaining practical understanding of health and safety, and equipping them to undertake a realistic, workplace related assessment that leads to a level 2 qualification.

How does it Work?

The course can be delivered on site at companies' premises or at our training centre in the West Midlands. The syllabus is delivered over a 3 days.

Our training utilises the very latest learning methods, with special emphasis on participative and interactive techniques. Our training aim is to share knowledge and practical experience and, through tutor-led sessions, build on that experience so that every participant is able to manage risk effectively and realistically. The training sets out to develop sound and practical knowledge and understanding for day-to-day application in the workplace and prepares each participant for the Level 2 qualification assessment

Delegates complete a set of workplace-based tasks and submit these electronically in a template provided by BSC Council. The submitted file is then forwarded to an independent health and safety practitioner for external marking.

What will I Gain?

Delegates receive a Level 2 Certificate in Supervising Staff Safely on achieving the requirements of independently set workplace-based tasks.
