Stay Within the Law

The Environment Agency reported that there were in excess of 50,000 incidents involving construction related waste, resulting in significant clean up cost for taxpayers. Prosecutions in the construction industry for the year 2005 have risen considerably against previous years.

As long as you observe your Duty of Care which forms part of this course, the threat of legal action should not be an issue.

Sustainable development not only makes financial sense, it also reduces any negative impact your business may have on the environment.
