The principle aim of this course is to introduce and provide an overview of the Waste Duty of Care legislation to individuals. The course will assist candidates in developing methodologies for implementing the Duty of Care legislation on site, and to provide examples of what could happen when the law is ignored.

Duty Of Care Course

The Duty of Care course from QSP Training introduces individuals to the key principles and requirements of Waste Duty of Care legislation. The Duty of Care course is delivered as a half-day session combining presentation, group discussion and short case studies. The training can be delivered at your company premises (subject to numbers) or at QSP Training’s dedicated centre in Redditch.

Learners take part in a short multiple-choice assessment at the end of the session to confirm their understanding of the key topics covered.
