The Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice is for practitioners who want to conduct internal quality assurance of the assessment process from within a centre/organisation, by sample planning, monitoring and advising on the practice of assessors.
Who is it For?
This qualification is for people working in, or looking to enter roles in Internal Quality Assurance (IQA).
How does it Work?
Trainee Verifiers will be required to have access to 2 assessors undertaking assessment activities on candidates in their specialised subject. The award is delivered across 3 half day training sessions with an allocated trainer. Sessions may be classroom or site based with QSP Training can providing the 2 assessors if required.
What will I Gain?
This qualification is known as TAQA (Training, Assessment and Quality Assurance) and on completion of the you will become a qualified Verifier and be able to undertake IQA activities for qualifications in your occupationally competent sector. You will receive a City and Guilds Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance Process and Practice.
