Nigel was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, gave direction when it was required, as well as regularly checking in to see how i was progressing. The course format could do with updating as the volume of paperwork/physical lines of evidence required soon became onerous to compile- maybe somehow incorporating an electronic element/ having a online portal will help reduce the level of paperwork.
