There was a lot of repetitive quetsions. I felt as though i was duplicating a lot of my work and a lot of the assessment process was not relevant to my line of work. I think the amount of eveidence required was excessive and unnecessary.
My assessor was very knowlegable and helpful and i found QSP was very efficient. I would reccommend QSP as a comapny.

Have more of a clear understanding on legislation and processes. .

It is important to work with good assessor who is knowledge and previous working experience. Ian guided the process very well.
