I was a bit pessimistic when I knew I had to gain this qualification. I had been in the same job for 26 years but was a more physical role. I really just didn't feel that confident in myself. I met with the assessor ( Ian Butcher) and he was easy to talk to and I enjoyed listening to some of his own history, but it was a few meetings with him before I felt like I could do this,like I actually wanted to do this.
Ian was supportive all the way through even when I contacted him he would always be there for support and guidance.
He simplified things that I had so overthought and eventually it just all came together. He was waiting for surgery during all of this but always so professional, always made it to our appointments. I believe Ian Butcher and QSP have really kick started my career and I am looking further ahead to improve it more.
So thank you very much, all of you.

I am now qualified to do more duties.I think it helped me in my recent successful job application and it will aid the rest of my career.
